Google arcade game simulator.
Those derivations on other sites that are listed on tetris.com are the ways to get Tetris for the PC (and other platforms). Tetris Holding licenses the name/concept to various publishers, who then publish Tetris games.
For the PC, Blue Planet Software’s Tetris Zone is the only one in print right now (earlier Tetris games, like the Tetris Worlds listed at tetris.com, are out of print, but can be found used at amazon.com and ebay), which is backed up by the game’s FAQ: “Tetris Zone is the official Tetris game for the Macintosh and Windows platform.” They claim “Marathon” mode in the game is “classic” Tetris, but it looks like there’s a limit to how many levels you can go. To get unlimited classic play, you’d need to get an out-of-print title (Tetris Worlds for instance).
(As an aside, Blue Planet Software was founded by Henk Rogers, who with Bullet Proof Software, was responsible for bringing Tetris to Nintendo’s systems in the '80s… he’s been involved with Tetris for quite a while now.)
Tetris is so unrealistic.
You could try an emulator, though the legality of such an action has been debated. ( the companies don’t want you to do it, but no court has ruled as such).
