I assume you mean that in the same sense that Planned Parenthood does not do mammograms or abortions.

PP gave me a referral for a mammogram, without which I could not have gotten a mammogram, scheduled me for the mammogram, without which I would not have gotten a mammogram, and gave me a voucher to pay for the mammogram, without which I would not have been able to afford a mammogram.
They do perform abortions. Not at all of their offices, and not as a majority of their work, but they do them, thank goodness.
So no, not like that at all.
I sit corrected on the abortion thing, but I assume you would agree that it is correct to say that Planned Parenthood does not do mammograms. And that ultrasound and STI testing and referrals do not constitute prenatal care.

Good enough; the same disconnect in the pro-life morality would be seen, I think. How many pro-life partisans would say, “The firefighter must save the sixty embryos and let the baby burn?” Instead, wouldn’t nearly all say, “The embryos cannot feel pain, but the baby can, and so the firefighters must save the baby?” In saying this, they are giving away the fact that embryos are not the “same as babies” in their thoughts, beliefs, and public policies.
This obviously requires some projection, as pro-life partisans have been reluctant to answer the question.
