Really?!!?? I mean, REALLY!?!? :dubious:
C’mon…C’MON.
It makes “Santorum for President” seem downright lucid in comparison.

He lost me when he sponsored the pet bill to give pet owners up to $3,500 deductions like they were kids. His thinking is just screwy. My sense is that he is padding his resume to show off to the grand kids someday. He has zero chance of winning a nomination.
Well, he is the maddest man to wear a skirt in Europe…oh, McCotter…never-mind.
Who???
I’ve never heard of him either.
Of course I was making a joke about MacAdder
Thaddeus George “Thad” McCotter (born August 22, 1965) is the U.S. Representative to Michigan’s 11th congressional district, serving since 2003. He is a member of the Republican Party. On July 2, 2011, he announced he would run for the Republican nomination for president in the 2012 election.
…meh… never heard of him before.
He sounds like the antagonist from a Charles Dickens novel.
Yes, exactly. There should be some way of preventing such “candidates” from running in the first place. They aren’t running to become President, they have purely selfish, often financial-minded motives behind their candidacies. Alan Keyes and Gary Bauer come to mind.
How about Thaddeus Stevens?
I’ve never been a fan of McCotter, but this letter pushed me over the edge. The amount of disrespect that it shows to atheists blows my mind.
I live about 20 minutes from his district, and I’d never heard of him either (until his announcement).
