Lynn recently helped me kill my old screen name. Due to a personal/professional problem, I had to do away with my old name. Lynn was very helpful and arranged to move my Charter Member status to my new name and let the old one fade into history.

More seriously, I suppose that the afore-mentioned personal/professional problems might counterindicate Thalion revealing his old name, and the Powers that Be are apparently OK with that. So it might be best not to ask.

I was identifying our OP as a fellow JRRT geek, not trying to solicit his former name. Granted, I was doing it clumsily.

Seems to me that Thalion would have done better thanking Lynn via email. Posting a thread like this amounts to a public announcement that there’s something hidden in his past.
Maybe closing this one will cut down on speculation.
