Thar She Blows!! My Sister Is In Labor! Da Baby Be Coming!!!!!

THAR SHE BLOWS!!

As I remarked in an earlier thread.

Labor was inducted this afternoon.

My sister, Heather’s, water was broken this afternoon.

Not much pain, plenty of slow, strong contractions.

She will give birth 2 to 5 hours from now.
All looks good so far.

Yay for you!

But, a bigger Yay for your sister!

Presented For Your Approval, My Niece–

Ms. Margaret Kirby

Born 10/29/02 8:39 PM (approx)

6lbs. 4 1/2 oz. 20 inches long

Please welcome her to Planet Earth.

I have.

Congratulations, Bosda. Margaret surely took her time getting here, but it is worth the wait. Be the best uncle you can. My hope is that baby and mom are doing just fine.

Wooo! Congrats!

Congratulations, Bosda!!

Congratulations!

[sub]And that is, without a doubt, the most picturesque way of putting it. Thar she blows, indeed![/sub]

Maybe you should start off your “uncle” hijinks by referring to her as Margara Ki’rby of Tricor!

Just to annoy the parents.

Congratulations, Bosda!

Worth the wait, wasn’t it?

Woohoo! Congrats Bosda and welcome Margaret!

Now, get out there and start spoiling your niece. Time’s a wastin’!

Yay!

A Maggie!

Congrats, Bosda.

Maggie was fashionably late.

Just like any beautiful woman.

Welcome to Planet Earth, Baby Margaret! Yayyy!

The time to start spoiling a niece is before she is born.

Congratulations!!!

In honor of this announcement, I will make sure to use the phrase “Thar she blows!” when my wife’s water breaks.

Of course, we have to get pregnant first. Just a small detail.

The only question is how hard she’ll try to kick me in the nuts when I say that…

I’m guessing…pretty HARD, my friend! And I am willing to bet her aim is true, too…

Congratulations, darling! (Bosda Di’Chi of Tricor, not Cervaise

Hail baby!
And as a Labor and Delivery nurse who has been showered with amnionic fluid in gushers, thar she blows is now part of my work vocabulary!
