Just saw an otherwise well groomed kitty with an ingrown, over the holiday weekend.

My cats all walk on me, make biscuits, will put paws up on a knee to ask for attention, etc. If I let their nails get sharp, I would be getting maimed daily when my little beasties are just being sweet.

Adjustment will start when Merlin tries to occupy your lap preemptively, before Mina can get there. Don’t neglect him, try to give him as much attention as the cute little one. At the same time, if possible.
