In this article here Iraq seems to be accusing the US of “unprecedented blackmail” because we have a copy of The Report. Can someone fill me in on how this is blackmail? I just don’t get it, or I’m missing out on some kind of New Improved Blackmail, or something. I figure that having the document in an unedited form would lead to a more accurate appraisal of whatever the document says, especially if there really aren’t any Bad Weapons. I think that it seems crazy, what does everyone else think?
