Finally got through to them today on the phone. The man I spoke to (“Lloyd, spelled with two 'l’s”) said he was sorry you were having irregular service, and they were going to make your service much more consistent by cutting it off entirely. Your final bill will be sent out in the November 9th billing cycle.
