Does that mean anything at all you buy in a package is not healthy? Because all packaged foods have the grams of fat* printed on the side of the package, don’t they?

When I got diabetic and had to lose a bunch of weight I attended some classes. One of which was educating people about reading food package labels to understand what was in them. I said there was a simpler method. “Go to the store. If it has a nutrition label, don’t buy it. Just eat stuff that isn’t in a package.”

It was meant as a slightly humorous exaggeration. But it works.

Nice! Didn’t know the utensil existed but, now that I do, I’m getting one. It would have saved me a painful burn right above my right knee. :flushed:
