At the bottom of a couple threads today, I noticed a Google ad that says:

“The Second Coming – Please read this novel; it has some interesting parts.”

SOME interesting parts? I mean, I like that it’s polite and all, but I get the distinct feeling that there are more not-interesting parts than there are interesting parts.

There’s a link (I didn’t click on it) that leads to something called ChristReturns (dot net).

It seems to have replaced the Katrina-relief ad as what shows up in any thread that contains potentially “controversial” content.

And it’s starting to anoy me…
