The game isn’t being shown *again *this week, so I’ll be going out to a sports bar.
Any chance of the browns upsetting the Ravens? That would make be a bonus for us!
Go Steelers!

It would be nice if the Browns could beat them but I’ll be content with seeing our team pull this one out. Lots of positives, Polamalu is back, Harrison and Woodley attacking the edges together again. Lots of teams can’t take advantage of the Bengals missing Leon Hall, the Steelers are well-suited to exploit it. I see Larry Foote is out, no idea why. Also interesting that Chris Hoke is a healthy scratch again; looks like Steve McClendon has played his way onto the roster. That’s an awfully positive sign looking ahead.
As much as it would pain me to do something to make you guys happy, I’d rather stab those Crackmorian fucks in the gut. Baltimore has had lots of off games this year, and I think the Browns are due for an overachievement game.
Now that I’ve said that, it’ll be a 33-0 loss.
Do not like AJ Green being in this division.
Me neither. He’s going to be trouble.
I’m thinking TMQ wrote “game over” in his notebook right about now. The Bengals are just getting outplayed. 28-7 at the half.
What’s up with Woodley? I missed most of the first half, I see he has one tackle this game, but I haven’t seen him on the field yet. Did he get re-injured?
I don’t know, I missed most of the first half too, but Bill and Tunch were saying on the radio that he was getting worked on like he aggravated the injury.
Looks like Pittsburgh is going for the fortyburger.
Well, hopefully it’s not too serious. Harrison is having a monster game, and Woodley was having a great season before the injury. The pass rush would be fearsome if we could get both of them back and healthy at the same time.
Well, that was nice! Now I have to begrudgingly root for the Browns, but hey…could be a good football day.
So much for the Browns helping out. God, they suck.
Well I guess Hoke wasn’t a healthy scratch after all. Out for the season, and probably done for good, with a neck injury. Kind of a similar feeling to seeing Aaron Smith go out. Hoke has been so reliable throughout his career. Absolutely the perfect back-up for Casey Hampton and good for some speed inside in two-man nickel fronts here and there. Too bad.
It doesn’t sound like Woodley will be playing this week. He sounded confident on Total Access tonight but he also didn’t practice which means he’s very unlikely to play. Luckily Worilds has played quite well in his absence.
Once again I find I will miss the game due to an early-morning start.
But I suspect that they’ll get by this one without my coaching. (I *hope *so anyway!)
Go Steelers.
Well, shit. Right now they’re reviewing the TD call, but all the same it looks like the Browns came to play. We’ll see if they keep this up all game. If so, I’ll be needing some Pepto so I don’t puke.
…and STUFFED! Pittsburgh with the monster stop!
Let’s see if that wakes them up.
Well, the offense is awake. They just took the Browns’ defense to school.
7-3 Steelers
What’s weird is that the playcalling is way more aggressive than usual, but they kicked a FG on the road as 2 touchdown dogs from the 6 inch line as a 4-8 teams. If I was an NFL owner, my #1 criteria for hiring a coach would be having some fucking balls.
Yeah, I’m surprised they didn’t call the QB sneak, it’s usually a gimme from there.
Now you get to be pissed off again, because Shurmur wasted a challenge. That was a clean catch.
…or not. That was a bullshit reversal. Guns has developed a habit of making bad calls in national games, it seems.
Caught that one, Guns.
Wait, a roughing the passer call? On the Browns? Miracles never cease.
…and Hines Ward with the fumble. Christ.
