Bezos could easily pay everyone at Amazon to stay home for a week or two on full pay, and I imagine he could have his people install virtual kill switches that would render their entire system inoperable if he and other leaders were arrested.

Judges, who time and time again have ruled against Trump, even those he’s appointed. Remember, they’re not really his judges. They’re the Federalist Society’s judges. Sometimes their judicial philosophy coincides with his demands. But many times it doesn’t.
And if they refuse to obey the judges?
Hypothetical: A judge orders the GSA to start accommodating the Biden transition team. They say go pound sand. Who’s going to step in and actually release the funds?
The person in charge could be held in contempt of court.
Perhaps they would be protected by Barr’s DoJ but not by Biden’s so they would do well to remember that.
Eh. Nobody has been willing to jail or even prosecute Joe Biden, Barack Obama, or Hilary Clinton. The Army didn’t send tanks into downtown Portland to quell riots. Two iterations of Trump’s Muslim ban were (rightly) rejected by the courts. I don’t know how Trump has developed this reputation as some sort of Professor Moriarty master criminal whose control over everything and everyone is absolute, but it seems to me to be undeserved.
