Although I do not design electronics, I have specified radiation environments for upper stage launch and space vehicles and compared them to component specifications. I can assure you that not only if the radiation environment were significantly above the specification it would cause a catastrophic increase in failures, an ionizing radiation level “so intense it will fry a human being who is exposed to it for even a short time” would be unsurvivable for unshielded electronics and transmitters, and ultimately even radiation hardening and fault tolerance would not protect avionics for the years-long durations that telecommunication, photographic, and Global Positioning System satellites operate for due to the cumulative effects.
And any “faked data” on radiation rates would be noticed immediately by anyone operating a telecommunications satellite, as monitoring and asynchronous error correction for single event upsets is crucial for maintaining good signal throughput.
Posting a bunch of links from YouTube.com and other conspiracy sites from around the Internet does not bolster your complete lack of understanding of the actually space environment and how spacecraft or people interact with it.

Anyone who puts this video on full-screen and watches the flag in the upper-left corner…
…can see that the pole and rod don’t move. The movement of the flag is also shown to be actual movement in that video. That video debunks BetaMax’s lame attempt to make people think that the movement was the blooming effect.
Also, the flag wouldn’t have kept moving back and forth after the bloom if it had been it had been video blooming. Let’s hear your explanation for that.
If that footage were slowed down, it would be consistent with its having been filmed in water.
