When the irish discovered America, people soon followed and started to live there. Just for serious, for a moment: if we include the missions that went around the moon without landing, there were 9 Apollo missions to the moon (Apollos 8 and 10-17). Even after discounting the astronauts who were on two moon missions, there were still about two dozen astronauts who’ve allegedly seen the far side of the moon. That’s an awfully large group of people for keeping a secret like that.
