But it also means that ONLY ONE PERSON has to shift a tiny bit, or die, to lose the next one. That doesn’t feel like victory.
He’s not undefeatable, but we do need some leadership and a plan. “The resistance is working!” is sort of like saying “the dam is holding!” as more and more cracks appear. Yes, for now, but we’re not doing much more than mitigating at the moment.
The only way these court “victories” are going to have an effect is for the courts to start jailing people for contempt. Obviously (and unfortunately) drump and musk will get off scott-free - but go down a couple notches to the middle-manager bureaucrats who actually implement policy and start throwing them in the pokey.
