I’m going to guess that there is not a single word in the Celine Dion song that a Parisian would take note of as being uniquely Quebecois. The song is sung in plain standard French.

No, that’s not true. Quebecois is a pretty distinct dialect. Pronunciation, grammar, idioms, and vocabulary are all different than Metropolitan French. This is more noticeable in speech rather than writing. A French or Quebecois novel would not require translation. But movies from France are subtitled for release in Quebec and vice versa.
