I just read that AMC has a “Bannerman” series in development, based on the John R. Maxim series. By the way, as I told this to My Beloved she surprised me by saying “Ah, the surprise is spoiled! I just ordered the whole series because we lost them in the fire.”
Has anyone else read this series about the safest little town in the world (Westport Connecticut), safest because almost every deadly government specialist in existence has made it their home? There are five books in the main “Bannerman” series and a few little off-shoot books, some of which later delve a little into the supernatural.
I used to live in Westport and somehow missed out on the Bannerman books. Are they any good?
Entertaining light reading. I liked them.
