Does anybody else here own this?
I picked it up after seeing my stepdad’s copy over Christmas last year.
Always meant to learn some Beatles songs, but never got around to it. Now I can’t stop! 
Doesn’t include any riffs (obvious from the title), but that’s what Ultimate Guitar is for.
The problem with Beatles songs is they almost always seem to include weird chords. I know about a dozen chords, which is enough to get me through a lot of pop songs, but not too many Beatles songs.
And the genius of their songwriting is that you often don’t know those weird chords are in there until you learn how to play it. You have this pure pop song, and suddenly there’s this oddly-placed diminished chord right in the middle of it, and somehow it just works.
That’s actually my favorite part about learning them. The first couple weeks of going through the book, I learned at least one new chord per song, if not more
