The Beatles' Get Back Album

I read an article in a Rolling Stone magazine archive that detailed an LP by the Beatles called Get Back and I was wondering what happened to it.
Now I know this album, after being scrapped due to the release of Abbey Road, eventually became Let it Be, but the LP described by Rolling Stone was a complete album, with a far different tracklisting and different versions of the Let it Be tracks, presumably before Phil Spector did anything to them. Is there any way I can get my hands on this?

The article mentioned is here:

It exists as a booteg. I do not know how to get the bootleg copy.

According to Beatles discographers Harry Castleman and Walter J. Podrazik, copies of the pre-Spector Get Back album, with the studio talk and false starts left in, were actually sent to radio stations in 1969, but at the last minute release was held up.

But another authority says that no promotional copies of the album were issued.

And this guy says he has a copy.

Here’s a quote:

I have a copy of the bootleg. There was a place called Underground Records in San Jose that had quite a selection of bootlegs back in the early 70’s. I also have an LP with the collected Christmas Records that the boys put out, and one called “Live in Atlanta-Whiskey Flat”. Lousy sound quality, but nice colored vinyl.
