The "Bell" Album

Sitting around listening to Back in Black the other day, I realized there are a couple of decent rock songs with bells involved. Being an unemployed college student on summer break, I figured I may as well burn a compilation CD of them, since I have nothing better to do. I started thinking more specifically about what songs to include and could only come up with three:
Hell’s Bells - AC/DC
For Whom the Bell Tolls - Metallica
Don’t Fear the Reaper - Blue Oyster Cult (“I’ve got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell”)

I turn now to you, the ever-helpful Teeming Millions, to round out my disc.

The Belle Album - Al Green.

Hmm. When I first read the title of this thread I thought of The Division Bell by Pink Floyd. The only song that comes to mind is High Hopes from that album.

Well, you’ll be looking for the relevant part of Tubular Bells (original, II, III or the 30th anniversary revamp - it doesn’t matter).

There were bells
On a hill
But I never heard them ringing
no I never heard them at all
Till there was you

The Beatles did it, but I think that was a cover, so I don’t know who originally did it.

Also Johnny B. Goode (‘But he could play the guitar like ringin’ a bell’) by Chuck Berry (I think)

Also, there is the rhyme Oranges and Lemons (Oranges and Lemons said the Bells of St Clements …)
