The best candidate to challenge Barack Obama in 2012 is Ron Paul

The man takes timely stands, you gotta give him that.

If he can also capitalize on the signing of the Magna Carta and the building of the pyramids, he’ll have the dead people’s vote all but sewn up.

(snarl)

Another mistake you will not retract?
It limited citizenship to “free white persons”.
Your claim that it didn’t prevent blacks from gaining citizenship is fictional.

Also, I kick puppies!

600,000 white people, too. Remember, it’s always worse when you do something to people who are the same color as yourself.

New slogan:

Ron Paul: He can’t do math!

No, its called not re-inventing the wheel. People like you would replace the Constitution with the Communist Manifesto.

That’s why I back Ron Paul, a defender of liberty.

You’re dead wrong. Many blacks were citizens in the 1790s. You simply don’t understand the difference between state and federal citizenship, probably because your are a centralizer. In those days, state citizenship was more significant. The Naturalization Act allowed blacks to be citiznes in their states.

You just ignore what the Act did for Jews and Catholics probably because you don’t much care for them.

Oh yeah, I was definitely all in favor of communism in the Lenin thread. Me and the commies, sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g.

I am honestly surprised that you’re still operating in this forum. Perhaps the mods share my opinion that you’re worth keeping around because you’re comedy gold?

So yes then, another mistake you will not retract.
The act was limited to free whites.

Slogan!

Fuck Jews.

You are actually making the argument that an Act which helped Jews and Catholics is bad. I’m sorry, but the Founding Fathers could not wave their magic wands and end all injustice in this world. But they did do a great deal to increase the liberty and security of many people. They would have ended slavery iof they had the power to do so. They had a lot of wisdom on how to operate a government. They have a lot more credibility than Bush or Obama.

Dude, duh, he’s a hardcore commie.

I tell you, it’s a damned shame that the founding fathers never founded a government. If they had, they could have banned slavery completely as it was (iirc) in the original draft, rather than including it back in at the specific requirement of some of the founding fathers.

A damned shame, I tell you.

“Ron Paul: the Founding Fathers created a nation that allowed slavery. Vote for Ron!”

Er, you do realise that the American Founding Fathers were traitors, every one of them? It’s called the War of Independence for a reason, you know.

I mean, we have a document in which many signed to the intent and action of their treachery. It’s quite a famous one, really.

We did this thread already. It was even started by jrodefeld.

The Civil War is just one more thing Paul knows nothing about.

Paul is a wide ranging genius. He is a near expert on the civil war and follows DiLorenzo, the world’s leading civl war expert. Paul’s sagacious mind is able to absorb wisdom and ingest nuggets of truth.

slavery is unconstitutional.

:smack:

No wonder you hate Ron Paul.

No, the George III was the traitor.

Ron Paul is Jewish?

Odd. You’d think he’d be smarter about banking.

Singularly?

Because if he was the traitor, then we have to downgrade the traitorous acts of the Founding Fathers from no longer recognising the authority of their King to the taking up of arms against their fellow subjects, killing of British soldiers, not recognising the authority of their government, all that general War stuff. Which is still pretty traitorous, all told. You know, the “backstabbing your own people” bit.

Just as a note, you don’t refer to kings (at least, Kings of GB and NI and all that) as “the”. Just “No, George III was the traitor” would be the grammatically correct statement.
