Outlaws has a great intro and great cutscenes. I might start a thread about that game sometime.

The first part of the trailer is made up of cutscenes from the game.
The soundtrack in the trailer isn’t as good as I remember it. Either the trailer uses midi versions of the music or my memory is wrong. I also remember the animation as being a little less jerky.
The low-quality video doesn’t do it justice, but the opening animation for Dynasty Warriors 5 makes me stare and want to cry (because I’m studying special effects animation right now) at the same time.
A hearty second to the Katamari series’ opening video. All levels of special there.
