I love these shoes, but there’s no way I’d recommend them for 10 hour stretches. YMMV, obviously.
I’d second Born and Keen.

I’ve become a fan of Caterpillar footwear.
Back when I needed safety footwear for work, I used Caterpillar boots. They were very comfortable for hours on end in all weather conditions. I still use Caterpillar boots for riding my motorcycle.
During the past year, I’ve purchased a couple of pairs of Caterpillar shoes.
The quality and comfort are excellent. Style is in the eye of the beholder, but I like the way they look.
But try them on - Keen shoes/sandals rub against my ankle bone. Since Brainiac4 likes them so much, I keep trying them on at the store at realizing that I’d be bloody in an hour. So while buying on Zappos or over the internet might be a good idea - visiting your local Nordstrom (and perhaps a few other good shoe stores) for the opportunity to try shoes on might be wise.
Indeed. I have two pairs, and one pair does this, and the other doesn’t (Different styles). So, I agree, with Keens, you have to try them on.
