God gives His children free will. We see this in the parable of the lost son (prodigal son). God will let a child go and try things ‘his way’ and await the return. That is the same for us, if we do evil we are permitted to do so, went we repent of that it is removed. God will not violate our free will, lest we are no longer gods. The suffering is the result of our evil doings, not that of Satan. Satan just is the one performing it, but it is us that was the cause, and with that is it always within us to solve it.
God only discipline to the extent the child needs to correct the child. Job needed that for Job to repent of his error and realize that he was doing something wrong. God also needed to take away Job’s hedge of protection as it was apparently hindering Job from learning.
God was also trying to teach Job and also Job’s 3 friends which appear to have been previously covered by Job’s hedge of protection. Note that Job’s family was fully restored, not replaced by other (all that Job has known before were restored). How that happened IDK but God does raise people from the dead.
It was time for Job’s works to be ‘tested by fire’, as he said it wold be, but only when Job is ready to be able to realize his error. You are placing way too much credit in the hands of Satan, this was Job’s learning and progress. God was removing Job’s protections to the extent needed.
God was also demonstrating to Satan that if a man has faith (righteousness) Satan will not get such a person to sin.

God had no reason to test Job for Satan’s sake and in my opinion it was very unfair to Job. Why God finds it necessary .To punish anyone like killing their children because the adults were bad is not the actions of a good parent or loving being, but sadistic!
You are entitled to your beliefs as well as I or any other person, but the way you describe your God is not all powerful, loving, as I see it your Idea of loving is way different than what Love is to me. I believe if one loves another they take joy in the happiness of others and humans don’t know anything about God just the beliefs they have adopted for themselves and that is their right as long as it doesn’t bring harm to another.
Not likely, most of the scholars I have looked at do think that it is a stretch to think that the sons and daughters of Job were the very same as the ones before.
It lead me to think that indeed, there was no justice whatsoever for the original 7 brothers and sisters that had to die to win a bet from Satan and to teach a lesson to Job.
The problem is that Job needed to understand that God can save his children, Job’s unilateral sacrifices were not needed and actually counter productive. Job needed to see his children die in a state that Job was unable to save them from their sin, which required them dieing. This is what Job needed to understand that God can do all things and repent of his ways.

That was the love of Jesus that laid down their lives for the salvation of Job. they would surely receive the protection of Jesus in this. Also despite the ‘scholars’ the scriptures are clear Job 42:11 All his brothers and sisters and everyone who had known him before came and ate with him in his house..

Now there is a god described in the Bible, usually referred to as the OT God. Many worship him, including many who identify as Atheist. They need this god to keep their Atheistic faith, which is the evil god - this is the god many of them worship by referring to this evil god. However there is a God of true love that also comes through scriptures, it is evident in Lord Jesus, but hidden but still there in the OT. as in the case of Job.
The evil God that many describe here is their god not mine. Though we share the same holy book, we do not share the same God or the same faith.

No. You have the ability to act in whatever spirit you chose (love, hate, anger, envy etc). Anything but Love will end in death, but you have the right. But Parent God moderates this death by extending the time till death to allow you to see where it will lead and have the opportunity to change. Without this your death would be instant and you would experience suffering way beyond what is needed for you to chose a different path. So God allows your way for your learning.
But He does, Job was removing the consequence of his children’s sins. That ‘work’ was tested by God, and found to be flawed.

I also consider others beliefs and faith as valid as mine, I do love to heard about other people’s faiths as that usually enhances my own. I also respect others beliefs and prayers and would want them to feel free to pray as they know. I find generic prayers to be denying one’s heart, and I would never want one to deny ones’ heart nor would I want anyine to want me to deny my heart.

That is your belief, but not mine, if God is all powerful and knows all things he is then being a bad and unloving being. God should not have owed Satan any explanation nor if he knew ahead of time Satan would make it possible to harm his children he would punish Satan, not play up to him. A good human parent would not let any monster harm or bring their child and offspring suffering because of some invention they had. I would expect that a all knowing being would be better than a non all knowing human.
If Heaven is a place of eternal happiness then Satan and the other angels would not have revolted.
