I also liked his manner with: “He’s in seclusion in the west wing.” The whole arm-extended, head-bowed, formal-presenting, concern-tinged-while-still walking manner. He had a good role, for sure.
Oh, and on Brandt – despite his formal manner in all other things, he still calls Dude “Dude”, rather than “Mr. Lebowski”.
