I see the penalty inspires fear in the populace. Leader happy! Little people scared! Hulk smash!
Nah, that won’t do it. It’s intended more because I got tired of seeing feuds where lots of people posted their anwers in odd ways contrary to the initial rules which had to make scoring a harder chore. So, I figured I’d try to think of a way to clean it up a bit.
