Much as I’m a fan of Dennis, he’s on my list.
And at least on the surface, picking a pretty tacky way to exit- apparently he’s divorcing his wife of nearly 14 years from his deathbed… nice. I hope it’s just a really unsavory tax dodge or something. 
ETA- wait a minute, dammit! If he’s been at Cedars since Christmas, why the hell weren’t we told?!? My list, my list… 
He is also seeking custody of their 6 year old daughter, which seems bizarre.
I can almost understand the getting the divorce move, as maybe a last ditch “ah fuck it” maneuver. But if you’re 73 years old and your prostate cancer has moved into your bones, suing your 41 year old wife for custody of a six year old kid is pretty much a dick move any way you slice it.
Unless the mother is psycho or something. Don’t see much evidence of that.
I can see cutting her out of the will AND screwing her in the divorce to be sure she doesn’t try to contest the will. The custody thing, dunno about.
