Here is a list of the inaugural class of the Meat Industry Hall of Fame. Only ones I’ve heard of are Dean, Perdue, and Grandin. Well, I figured there was a Tyson behind Tyson Foods, but had no clue as to his first name. Guess Philip Armour and George A. Hormel will have to wait for the Veterans’ Committee vote…
