The Celebrity Death Pool 2011

Yeah, and to think I did use the Edit window too. :smack:

The ONE year I leave her off…RIP, Dame Liz. There’s some awkward reunions in Heaven coming up.

This is the earliest I have ever lost my death pool cherry. WOOHOO!!! Errr… ummm… <ahem>… RIP Liz. You shall be missed.

YIPPEE!!!

And I’m still 0-fer…

:frowning:

Even the Young can not escape death. **

You like what I did there? …It’s two for one!

Neither can bad punsters.

I would have said, “Yes”, but I don’t want to encourager les autres.

While I did have La Liz on my celebrity death pool list, what’s really puzzling me is this: how in the hell does Zsa Zsa continue to stay alive?! Did she make a deal with the devil or something similar?! Sure seems like it, cause she’s hanging by one fake fingernail at this point!

**Zsa Zsa Gabor hospitalized after hearing Liz Taylor died

“Jane Russell…Liz Taylor… I’m next!” Relax Zsa Zsa, you have nothing in common with them!

OMG, I saw that article! Heh, I still think that Zsa Zsa made a deal with … some thing!

Ok, so Zsa Zsa apparently has cheated death X number of times, right? and she treats it as nonchalantly as “” “Oh, Jane Russell and Liz Taylor — I’m next.” “” ?!

Wow. She must be delusional or something. I mean, she is 94,and not 49.

Being 94 means “I’m next” is a fairly rational thought.

except cup size . . .

Just struck me as being overly casual.

Chuck Bednarik hospitalized.

On the day before his birthday, no less…

Edit- oops, no she died Sunday, it was just announced yesterday…

I suppose anyone who reaches their 94th birthday six months after being read their last rites ought to be taking a fairly casual attitude to death, if for no other reason than to reciprocate death’s attitude toward them.

Lanford Wilson, the playwright who won the 1980 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, has died at the age of 73. Wilson was awarded the Pulitzer for Talley’s Folly, part of a trilogy that also included Fifth of July and Talley & Son.
