I am thinking of going in a slightly different direction. Not picking people that I want dead, but ones that if they do die, I won’t feel bad about it. When I got points for Dick Francis, it really sucked, because I didn’t want him to die. But while I don’t wish ill on Karl Rove, if he died, I wouldn’t feel bad. There have to be at least 13 people out there I can put on that kind of list.
I wish ill on Karl Rove, although I don’t think he’s gonna die for a while yet.
Or you know, we could ratchet up the goodies for those that play on theme and not age.

I’ve never seen more than five minutes of the Tudors, which was some of his more recent work, but I was crazy about him as the dishy Duke of Buckingham in the 1973 version of the Three Musketeers (although I’d hoped to marry Michael York when I grew up).

Sally Ride, first American woman to fly in space, has died at age 61.
:(. I attended a math and science program for girls that she sponsored. I remember her coming to speak and eating lunch with us. Of course, it didn’t take and I hate math to this day, but at least she tried.
I sometimes imagined her going back to her high school reunion…
“Hey, you guys remember when that song came out during my sophomore year and you all called me ‘Mustang Sally’ for the next three years? Well I went to space and you can all go fuck yourselves.”

Wow it’s sad that Ms Ride has passed on.
