News reports say that Andy Griffith died at 7am and was “laid to rest” by noon. Sounds mighty suspicious, what did Matlock know that someone was trying to keep quiet?
Ron Howard is on my list of suspects.
And Goober is dead…

I’m actually sad about this like I was with Adam Yauch. Griffith was one of few North Kakalakee natives that I could point to with pride and say “we’re not all racist/homophobic/hateful rednecks down here!” And Ron Howard is twice a TV orphan–both of his TV dads are dead.
And his TeeVee brother is still missing!

Especially since I didn’t get any points for him…

During my lunch, I glimpsed my twitter-feed, and found Mental_Floss with an article showing video of Andy singing the Theme to the show.
That was all the lead in said. And I thought it was a bit odd.
I had no idea until just now that he had passed.
