The Celebrity Death Pool 2013

Damn. I had her last year too, but I figured she was over the hump. What a waste … of points.

Me three. :frowning:

Wow. Much [del]better[/del] sadder than my only previous unique pick, Johnnie Cochran.

That’s sad. Just read up about her and her past troubles. Way too young to go.

I don’t understand why Zsa Zsa couldn’t wade. She can afford a peg leg. . . .

Same here…I thought she was doing better.

She was one of my long shot finalists too, but I axed her at the last moment. From my list. :frowning:

Richard Briers, British actor from The Good Life (aka Good Neighbors) and Ever Decreasing Circles has died.

Back when I participated in this game I’m pretty sure I had him on my list each time.

I liked him quite a bit. Although I watched the PBS reruns of The Good Life more to look at Felicity Kendall. One of my first TV crushes.

The Fab Four Saga continues:

Chavez has returned to Venezuela.

In other Fab Four news…Tony Sheridan has died.

Laker’s owner Jerry Buss dead at 21 points.

Damn. I had just put him on my '14 list, too.

And a little part of Los Angeles dies.

My list of immortals remains unscathed by the grim reaper. Just thought I’d share.

I hear you, Swampbear. Who knew I could pick so many stubborn cusses who refused to die?

Baker, Is there an Abe Vigoda Award for the person or people whose entire list makes it through the year?

No there isn’t. It wouldn’t be an exclusive award anyway!

And I’ll point out that my list of unique picks, all of which are at least ninety five years old, have not done me any favors yet. In fact one, Douglas Slocombe, reached his one hundredth birthday a couple weeks back and so now would only count for uniqueness. I’m sure we’ll hear about him, when/if I drop him, he was a brilliant cinematographer, who worked the first three Indy Jones movies.

I will remember him as Polonius in Kenneth Branagh’s Hamlet in 1996.

How many rebounds?
