I dunno. In exchange for a handsome sum of money I place said celebrity on my list thereby ensuring said celebrity’s continued existence and longevity. It’s kinda like life insurance except I’d be guaranteeing the celebrity’s life not giving money to the celebrity’s descendants. I say it’s all win-win!
I think the cops would see it as paying to be on Murder, Incorporated’s Preferential List.
Not exactly because I’m ensuring said celebrities will achieve immortality or close to it for being on my list. Surely there is not a law against immortality.

Okay, Wikipedia says it’s caused by bad food, unclean water or possibly not washing your hands before you eat. I have a hard time believing any of these is an issue for QEII. So is this a snow job? Like entertainers being hospitalized for “exhaustion” or Soviet leaders catching a cold? Are they fibbing about her real condition?
Gastroenteritis is just the fancy medical term for what everyone else calls a “stomach bug”. Very common, regardless of any of the risk factors you mentioned. If you have an elderly patient who’s dehydrated due to vomiting and diarrhea, it’s pretty reasonable to admit them to the hospital for supportive care, mainly IV fluids. I wouldn’t count your points just yet.
