I’m not sure. I’d have to go over those who haven’t yet scored, and check the ages of their picks. If someone has, say, a 98 year old that dies, without any other scoring, that would come in lower than mine. I’ve had a 99 year old, and a 98 year old die, for a total of three points.
My 100 year old is a cinematographer, Douglas Slocombe. Possibly best known as doing the cinematography for the first three Indy Jones movies. His birthday was in February, so he would have had to kick off before then to give me points, rather than just a chance at a unique pick.
Disconcerting is right - add in Monteith who was only two years older and you still have them dying too old…
ummm…before anyone looks at me that way, “Dead at 27” was my theme this year - yep, feast or famine…and unless Bynes or Lohan kick it into high gear, famine it is…
For a fun, homemade feel, why not make your own advertising materials with letters cut from newspapers? “If you want to live through the year, pay me $$$”. I think they’d appreciate the personalised touch.
Actually I was thinking more along the lines of selling my list to People Magazine so they can publish a story entitled “Thirteen Celebrities That Won’t Die This Year.”
C. Gordon Fullerton, a former astronaut who flew on two space shuttle missions and had an extensive career as a research and test pilot for NASA and the Air Force, died Wednesday, the space agency said. He was 76.
Fullerton suffered a severe stroke in 2009 and had been confined to a long-term care facility in Lancaster for most of the past 3 ½ years, NASA said in a statement.
