Has anyone ever seen a movie where there are four white kids, probably seniors in high school, or just starting college, sitting in a 50’s diner and the offer an african american bus boy $5 to get on all fours and crawl to them to get the $5, and the owner of the joint grabs the money from them and kicks them out?

The movie was set in the 1950’s, I think. The African America bus boy was on the left side of the screen, the white kids were on the right. The busboy actually gets on all fours and crawls towards them as a male is holding out the $5 bill, when the owner of the diner comes by, grabs the money from the white male taunting the bus boy and kicks all four of them out.
This could be a tv movie dating around 1996 to 1998. It had a similar look to American Graffiti. I hope this helps.
