A certain reserve, distance is not necessarily a bad thing in someone in a position of power. The ability to take a deep breath before plunging in with reprimands and suspensions, as well as the ability and the desire to listen to both sides of the story characterises a good moderator/administrator.

I didn’t say it was a bad thing! **tomndebb ** is one of my favorite mods, although **Giraffe ** is higher on the list.
Another great current mod, aside from TomnDebb, is Czarcasm. I don’t know of anyone with whom I disagree over more matters, but he has been positively unfailing in his fairness and the execution of his official duties in every respect. To me, this speaks very highly of his inane character.
