The complete series of QI has been purged from youtube

This is a sad day for America. :frowning: If the BBC can’t be bothered to put this fantastic show on BBCA, they could have at least have left NickfromFulham’s account alone, so that we burger eating invasion monkeys can have our fix.

The other day, I actually saw Star Trek: Next Gen on BBCA. How about, instead of showing an American TV show on the one channel set aside for UK shows, we get two eps of QI?

I keep hearing talk that the BBC is going to eventually grant people from other countries the right to pay for access to iPlayer, which would be really great. Meanwhile, I obtain my BBC programming via other means.

And yeah, love QI.

Poor Nick! Poor us! I just saw that Aussies can buy iPlayer access for something like $90 a year… maybe the US is coming soon. I’d pay it!

I hope Nick is OK. He’s brought much joy.

There’s still QI on the Youtubes. It seems to me that NickFromFulham’s account got banned because he posted the unaired 14th episode of the current season.

I’m not sure about Mac or PC, but the iPad has an international version of iPlayer available where you pay a monthly fee for access from anywhere in the world.

I’m looking at the iPlayer app (in the iTunes store), and the comment indicate that only some programming is available via the global iPlayer app and other stuff is available only via a UK-only iPlayer app. Does anyone know which programmes are available globally?

Well, the iPlayer app is free, so I’ll install it later and see what’s available.

Until BBC makes the iPlayer available worldwide, there’s always Tunnelbear. Neil Gaiman swears by it.

He’s back…for now.

It’s called NFFagain

Just thought you might want to know.

Also, he’s not the only one who has the complete run of QI on YouTube.
