So my roommate recently graduated from college and is having trouble finding a job. So when he isn’t out looking, he is in an inordinate state of boredom. I think it reached a new high last night, when he started playing Risk. By himself. With all six factions.
I hope and pray that I will never be quite that bored. :rolleyes:
At least no matter what he will win.

Bah, there’s nothing wrong with that. I play Diplomacy alone - its a good way to practice strategy and tactics!
The way I see it, he’ll be five parts loser, one part winner…
While this would be incredibly entertaining for me, he unfortunately doesn’t partake.

I don’t think that was his motivation…I was sitting right there when he started (I was playing Civ II, incidentally, on my laptop), and he could have asked me to play too.
