My husband watched it and enjoyed it. I walked in on the first episode and asked him where Judd Hirsch was. My husband was confused. Judd Hirsch wasn’t in the show. Then I was confused-- all TV shows were Jews a featured part MUST contain Mr. Hirsch.
Many hours later, hubby called me over to see. “You were right! There’s Judd Hirsch!”
That’s exactly where I dropped it, for exactly the same reasons. They really didn’t need to embellish the Nazi’s of all people.
A shame because the rest of it seemed pretty decent.
Did they not muck about with the history in Munich too though, something about another group out to assassinate the assassins, who were meant to personify the fear of getting caught or the like.
