In the thread your referencing with Hillary and the 279 posts just reading the 1st post tells me this is a discussion thread on the topic. The OP mentions some of the issues and then in the last paragraph asks "Why am I wrong? "

In this thread here the thread starts with BoffKing conclusions in the OP of bribery and tax evasion by Trump.

I see that as a large difference between the two, but perhaps that is just me.

Not at all. I just think if there is to be a thread on the pending indictments, or whatever, of presidential candidates it should be even handed.

To say my side is pure sunshine without a taint of a problem while your side is guilty, guilty, guilty of whatever you think is relevant (but others many not as pointed out) is not healthy.

Nah, nothing either of them is even suspected of by the wildest-eyed opponents rises to the level of a felony. Hillary may have violated State Department regulations, and Trump may have engaged in fraud. Fraud ain’t a felony, and, since he’s being sued in civil court, it isn’t even a “crime” at this point.

I have nothing to add over there.

Concerning Hillary the old stuff is, well old. As for the email business the correct process is ongoing and that will sort itself out one way or another.

Concerning Trump here it seems **BoffKing **wishes to dispense with the legal process entirely. I know many here see nothing wrong with that. I do, hence my comment.

Here is the relevant law.
It wasn’t business as usual. It was a felony.

My point is that it happened long enough ago that, if anything was going to happen, it would have already. Same with people not voting for him over it.

Not whether or not it was illegal.
