Maastricht,
Trump Foundation (the putatively apolitical charity) having to pay some taxes … seems probable to me.
The bribes are harder to prove. And if charged will be after the cycle is over I’d suspect.

Trump’s campaign funds are going to his own businesses.
If he has done this to the tune of $11 mill over the campaign then why is this the first time we’re hearing about it? They file quarterly reports right?
From The New York Times. Donald Trump’s Self-Funding Includes Payments to Family and His Companies
Bottom line. He’s not braking any campaign financing laws to this point, although what he’s doing is unusual. He’ll have to watch himself in the future, though, as he raises money from the public because using their contributions to pay himself back for his loans to the campaign would be illegal.
Not illegal, just cheesy. Not that I’d expect any more from the Trumpmeister.
Can you expand on this? How else could his campaign pay back those loans that Trump made to the campaign, other than by using public contributions?
AFAIK, it’s against the rules to use General election donations to pay off Primary debt. So up until the convention he can use contributions, though it could be political suicide, but after that it’s a no no.
The trial date for the complaints against Trump University is set in November, after election date. Trial date set in Trump University lawsuit - CBS News
Rather convenient for Mr. Trump. That trial was originally scheduled for the summer. I wonder if the judge in question has received any unusual “donations” recently.
Judge Curiel agreed that the trial should be after the election so it would not become a big spectacle and “factor” in the election itself. IIRC, Trump publicly praised him at the time for that decision. Next thing we knew, Curiel made another decision, IIRC to publicly release part of Trump’s deposition. That’s when Trump went berzerk with his denunciations of Curiel.
He spied on phone calls at Mar-A-Lago. Isn’t wiretapping a felony?
The only allegation made in the article is that he listened in on employee phone calls (with employees and non-employees).
As the article says:
Fire safety issues found at most of Trump’s hotels.
That’s not what it said. Trump’s hotels haven’t submitted the paperwork needed to go on the list of hotels federal employees are allowed to stay at on gov’t business.
He has also spent thousands of dollars of his charity’s money on personal purchases.
Including spending $12,000 of money from a charity to buy himself an autographed Tim Tebow helmet.
No doubt he thought of it as a sound investment.
Talk of Trump being a criminal and nobody is going to mention the possible rape case?
The speechwriter works for the Trump Organization, not the Trump Campaign. This constitutes an illegal campaign contribution from a corporation.

Being raped is bad enough, but can you imagine being raped by Donald Trump?
“This is going to be the best rape ever. I’m so yuge.”
Okay, so is anything actually going to be investigated here by the proper authorities? And if it IS found to be illegal, what exactly does it mean for the Trump campaign?
