I have some Acnomel sitting in front of me. I just thought to myself, “I wonder what would happen to me if I sat here and ingested the entire tube in one sitting?”
So, what would happen?

Inactive ingredients: Alcohol, 15%, bentonite, carbopol, fragrance, iron oxides, octoxynol-9, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide, water.

Even though it is only 2% of this chemical and 15% alcohol, I would imagine it would still do some damage.
No sulfur? Must be some alternative formula.
Anyway, the alcohol is most certainly denatured, and may make you puke, and bentonite is clay and may make you constipated. None of the other inactive ingredients are likely to be troublesome in the amounts used, although fragrances are often kinda nasty.
Resorcinol is toxic in large doses, which this might be – it’s enough to kill a rat, and probably enough to make you sick. The 8% sulfur in the regular formula is in the same ballpark, I think.
