The was a phrase from the Simpsons when the town got wasted on Homer’s “organic” drink.

I know I’ve heard the phrase before the Simpsons, but a Google search did not yield any positive results…

Anybody else recall where this phrase comes from?

Sounds a little Tom Wolf-ish. Perhaps you confused it with The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test, or something similar?
