Does “the pencil” have a moral obligation to give to charity?

Of course it does you dolt! If Charity bought the pencil, she has, in effect, sponsored the creation of the pencil. The pencil is therefore obligated to bow to the will of the sponsor of its creator.
I think that a peaceful and honest pencil should not have to be coerced into giving “to charity” though if they decide to do so they should be allowed.
