FWIW, the “best” answers #5 are all delusional. A half hour television program, in the USA, has about 22 minutes of “program” and 8 minutes of ads. Either 25 or 30% is a correct answer. Teach me to give factual answers. Go look for the running times of half hour shows on Hulu if you don’t believe me.
That was not the question. How much time is OK for commercials is the question. The answer should be zero. But realistically i was willing to give 3 min. or 10 percent.
