This was harder than the average feud, because of conflict between sincerity and the game goals. For example, I’ve nothing against Nancy Pelosi, but she seemed the best chance here for points.

I thought of going “2. Buchanan” but would kick myself if instead the correct answer turns out also the winning answer!

Nixon and Dubya may have been bad but IMO “crappy” means having almost no agenda nor leaving an impression after they left office. Ford fits that criteria.
