(I waited long to respond because I expected poor result. See age of most movies for why. Since there were few other responses, I thought maybe others were “in same boat” as I and I’d have a chance after all!)

I thought New York, New York had to be a winner!

Can I just withdraw? I feel like my answers will serve only to hose others over. :frowning:

Ah, septimus, chin up. It’s my feud and I’m gonna suck. I mean look at me! I forgot Gone With the Wind for the South, and I appear to stand alone in suggesting Beetlejuice for the small-town question. :smack: But Alec Baldwin makes a model of the whole town! You’d think everyone would remember that.

I came up with these categories by thinking of films I liked and then writing down the locations. I didn’t use my own ideas for most of my answers, theorizing that movies with the location in the title might fare better. I was actually thinking of Les Miserables for Paris (although hm at this moment I can’t think if it’s been made into a movie; the musical I mean).

Im glad a I got a match on Deliverance for a movie on “The American South” I thought about this question about 3 minutes before I remembered this movie. GWTW and TKAM were not even close to my radar. And they are two of my favorite movies.

I thought the same thing with Ghostbusters for NYC, and there are just 2 of us who have the ONLY correct answer for that question

Way to go , Kenobi 65 !!

Yeah, this will probably be my worst performance ever. I thought of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and American Werewolf in London but eliminated them because I didn’t think they would be popular choices around here. I’ve never even heard of the Raquel Welch One Million BC. And I forgot about It’s a Wonderful Life for the last one.

and Swampy and I are the only ones who came up with the right answer (The Flintstones) for a prehistory movie.

Obviously we are the only true lovers of prehistoric cinema.

Oops! You didn’t - I forgot. :smack:

I’ll get this scored today.

:bows:

I figured there’d be a thousand possible answers for that one, and I’d be screwed no matter what. But, “New York, New YorK”… :smack:
