For No. 10, the Death Star would win easily, Kirk was too dumb to even raise shields with a non-communicating starship bearing down on him. All Tarkin needs to do is ask Kirk for diplomatic help with his nubile alien women, and to line up for docking at the center of the giant love emitter.
