The final proof that the US is vastly superior to Canada.

I live in central Minnesota. In 1977 (when I was eight) we had a blizzard dump so much snow on us that the next-door neighbor’s house had a snowdrift up to the eaves of his garage. We have pictures. This year it’s mid-December and not a flake in sight, dammit.

Oh! LaurAnge, After rereading the thread, I think I understand something now. They think that the abscence of snow is a good thing.

Imagine.

And we also think SOME snow is fine and dandy. Quite a lot of people are happy with a few inches of snow, but do not want great zarking heaps of it lying about and making it dangerously icy. :slight_smile:

What gives? I didn’t think we needed any more proof than Michael Bolton…
