The first Straight Dope Column

I seem to recall that a couple of years back the first Straight Dope column was made available on the website. But I can’t find it now. Is it still around? I seem to recall it was a “around and about in Chicago” type of thing.

Alternately, can someone reply to this post with the standard “In “Comments on Cecil’s Columns,” please link to the thread you are discussing.” reply, and then post the link? :slight_smile:
